My name is Rebecca Kassab and I'm a 23-year-old multidisciplinary designer. I have just graduated from the BA (Hons) Design Management and Cultures - University of the Arts London with a first class honour degree. During my degree, I learned to develop critical thinking within a broad range of interdisciplinary perspectives in business and design. The degree focused on the implementation of design research methods (such as design thinking and human-centred design) to solve problems, while generating innovation through an agile approach.
I previously studied (BA) Advertising and Communication for three years in Brazil and gained work experience, where I developed further complementary skills, including project management, social media, content creation and communication strategy.
Being born and raised in Brazil by Lebanese parents made me very open to different cultures. My work usually reflects on my multicultural background, making it highly empathetic and understanding of others’ realities.
I am interested in social innovation, service design, design thinking, communication strategies, marketing and trend forecasting.
